STUCK ON POISONED RIVER QUEST

Hello all, I'm stuck on the poisoned river quest, I've found the blank page and put it in the book, but nothing else.... if anybody could point me in the right direction, thanks all !

Thank you for your answer. Yes I read the book and then nothing. I don't know where to find the runes. Am I stupid ?!

They are in the same room, activated by levers.

The runes are on the floor by the levers. Activating the levers will light up two runes nearest the lever.
