To complete my item collection I am slaying bosses as much as possible. Sadly, I rarely get a rumor anymore, and have nothing else to do in the game because I completed all the quests.
I love the bosses as much as any of the rest of you, but I think they actually are working how they are intended now, and I think they are a nice addition.
Just start a new Iron-mode character or something in the meantime.
Just remember the game is intended to be completed by lvl 18 or so. Anything that concerns those over that are going to take a backseat to fully flushing out content for lvls 4-20.
