Minor bug: Rank 3 spells don't get teased

Your supposed to be able to see your rank +1 of spells in the menu but it isn't showing me rank 3 impetus or mentalism despite me having rank 2 in those disciplines.

I deliberately hid them for now, since there's only a few of them added to the spells file and even those need to be revised.
