Notes
- If you do not join the Seventh House as a guild member (enabling Kardagis to sell to you), and you resolve the disputes with Rodo and Nifuruc peacefully (as is usually optimal), the only way to get this item in the game is to get a mildly-lucky drop from the encounter on the New Garand docks with Bafrat and friends.
