Depends on your level and class.

What worked well for me was up to level 10 or so i ran a lot of town hall quests them moved on to the minotaur dungeon in jabal hills. About level 12 the cave in nilomar cape was my next stop. Once that got too easy i moved to the deadwood mausoleum. When it became boring it was time to move on to the mercian crypt in iron hills. Now at level 20 I'm running the abbey.

I also would run side quests when spamming dungeons got boring.

The above list sums up the most cited places, toss in the rebel Castle for fun too. Some people rather like Blood Paw Cave.

Yep blood paw cave was great. Blue rock castle is good, but in my opinion its basically on par xp wise with the mercian crypt and had a farther travel time to so i just run the crypt instead.

Op, at level 19 the mercian crypt or blue rock castle is probably your best bet but id suggest using the wiki to see what loot drops in other areas and run them to get any pieces you might not have.
