In general, most players seem to find the game a little easier with the Warrior than the Rouge class. On a similar note, there's a general love-or-hate relation with the Cleric class. By no means are these universe truths, opinions vary among players and the build (trait,skill, companion) of each class has a huge impact on game play.
Of the solid, not broken builds, the Archer Rouge is one of the hardest builds (especially since some of the archer exploits were fixed). But the Archer Rouge can be a killer build that reigns death down like a mad man.
Player skill, player build choices and playing style all play an important role in building a character so it's not a simple comparison between the three classes.
