Remember that this subforum is for bugs, glitches, crashes and other technical issues. If you have doubts or questions about the game content, then please post them in the Archaelund general forum.
Post here only if you are playing the regular version of the game. If you are playing the beta (or alpha) branch, please post in the beta subforum.
Please try to be as informative as possible. Choose a title that describes the problem (i.e, enemy stuck at location X) and avoid generic titles such as "problem", that ain't helpful. Then in the message, tell us how we can reproduce the error; it's important that we can see it by ourselves.

Saves & Logs
In some cases we might ask you to send us some files to help with your issue. You don't need to send any files unless we ask you to, especially if you have provided us instructions on how to reproduce the issue.
The saved games (.arc files) are located on your game folder. On your Steam library, right click on the game's name in your list. Select Properties, Installed Files, Browse. That gets you to the game folder, and the "saves" subfolder.
Also in the game folder, there's a file called archaelund.log that might contain useful information, we might ask you for it.
Finally, there's a Unity Engine system log called player.log. This file is the one we need if the game crashed for you; the tricky part is that it gets overwritten if you reopen the game. So before reopening, please send it to us or make a copy of it. The file is typically located at C:\Users\(your windows user) \AppData\LocalLow\4 Dimension Games\Archaelund\player.log . Its location depends on your Windows installation and user name, but it should be easy to find. A copy of the previous player.log file also exists, called player-prev.log is made, so if you just reopened the game once, data can still be saved.
