Where is Rolf Ehrar (after sparing his life)?

My level 12 rogue isn't affiliate of none of the guilds yet (I refuse to be a member of the thieve's guild - I know, I know...)

My question is: Could "not being a thieve's guild member" be the reason I didn't find Rolf Ehrar yet?? I am looking for him to pick the "Honor Among Thieves" side quest (to be able to have the composite bow as early as possible).

If it is not the reason, where/when I can find him again, to trigger the quest?

Before someone asks me: yes, I spared his life in "don't kill the messenger" quest.

You don't have to join the Seventh House to get the 'Honor Among Thieves' quest. Merely being on friendly terms with them is sufficient.

To find Rolf, simply complete the quest 'Smugglers in the Night'. Doing this opens up a new dialogue option with Niruh, he's the guy standing in front of a well at the South-Eastern part of Freetown. The Seventh House building is just behind him, but you'll need to speak with him first to gain access. Rolf is in the Freetown Seventh House building.

I agree with you, but problem is, phpBB (software forum uses) doesn't have supported thanks button modification.
