Where can I find a good bow?

I'm lvl 12 with an archer rouge. I've been using the frost bow for a while now. Any suggestions on where I could find a better bow? Thanks

Try the tower in the Crimson hills. One of the best bows in game can be found there.

Yes it is... and it is debate-ably the best bow in the game.

For an AGI based archer jesters bow is hard to beat. For a more balanced archer build I would go for Composite Bow or possibly the poisonous long bow.
