When i go back they are not there , so i can't finish my quest ~

Hello Sir/Mam : I have a problem on my game please help me , i am level 15 when i go to Irazur Tomb to recover medallion of Hirge ( Quest ) . The problem is i see Lich but i can't fight back so i run , when i return to finish lich hes's not there ?

Another problem : Mallow is Missing on Nivarian so i can't take the quest " Eye Of The Tiger " ?

Note:I already try to restart my phone but nothing changes ~

Clear the tomb completely, rest at inn for 12 hrs, then go back (we're talking about the secret room lich I hope). If you have the quest still in your log he should reappear when you go back.

As far as Mallow, he is under the tree behind a house by the town hall. He never leaves from there so he should b there
