Language support is mostly due to a small army of people that don't get credit. Not sure how a vague complaint about a lacking language is helpful.

Turkish translation is, sadly, very bad. It is there, but you can't play game by using Turkish translation, at least this is what I heard from people who were offering their services for translation into Turkish.

Sorry for misunderstanding. What I meant is, how the game stores and uses translation files, they are technically hard to translate, not from linguistic point of view, but from purely coding point of view.
