What are the the 6 secret achievements in game and how do you obtain them?

Four of them are time based (play for X hours up to 250 hours), don't know about the other two.

Would like to express my gratitude to @BattleLord for filling in some of the facts there for me.
There are 7 Secret quests (out of 71 total) if you get the game through the Google Play Store. They are:
- 3 relate to making a donation to the game, one achievement per donation.
- 2 relate to completing the game with certain endings, namely the Peaceful Ending and the Evil Ending.
- 1 is "complete 40 town hall quests"
- 1 involves killing the unweakened undermother
On Steam, 22 of the 67 achievements start out as "Hidden", but you can figure out which those are by poking around the list a little bit. There is 1 achievement (from the Google Play list) that is missing outright from the Steam list, and that is Arena Champion. The other 3 that are absent from the Google Play set are the donation ones. Of the 22 hidden ones,
- 3 are the same as the secret quests from Google Play, aside from the donation ones. The other exception: complete 40 town hall quests is not Hidden.
- 4 relate to play time in hours, as stonedwolf says
- 3 are granted for recruiting the 3 companions to your party
- 10 relate to completing (non-companion) quests. Of those, 1 (The Dead God) requires completion in a certain way; another one is the Sewer of Horrors
- 1 for getting the Force Belt ("the ultimate battle between man and machine")
- 1 for killing the Undermother, by any means you choose. This means you get 2 achievements for killing the unweakened version.
