@DavidBVal

as I intend to begin the work on the sequel very soon, and I intend to make it a much better game in all aspects. A far more reactive world, a much more tactical and engaging combat, more diverse mechanics, etc.

Blablabla. Will you ever stop bullshitting about sequel and contend and come on with the full realease instead?

I bought the game when it was released on playstore. This was around 2 years ago and since then it still is beta. 2 stupid years and still beta! I was reading in this forum from time to time, i remember you said the full release will be in spring 2016, then you said it will be end of summer 2016. Its already spring 2017 an the game is still in beta. Then you wrote "its done when its done". Are you an id Software fanboy? If you remember it right, id Software has not got kudos for "its done when its done".

Since then you give us small updates from time to time. Like feeding baby birds. You say you work hard blabla. The content from the last update is not so big. Other one-man-developers could do that amount of content in 2 or 3 weeks easily. You are talking like your game is an AAA game with AAA graphics and AAA code mechanics. But as a single example from many more, most of the simple but still faulty companion mechanics are still the same since release. LOL.

If i would have known your development strategy, i would not have paid you a single cent. Such a stupid strategy shouldnt be supported.

Care to point me to an RPG with a comparable amount of content and a similar price range that has been developed by a single man or small team in a shorter time? Good luck finding one...

Also, 2 years waiting... LOL the game was released 14 months ago, genius. If you want to acuse others of not working hard enough, I suggest putting a little more effort in your trolling ;)

Woah.

David did this all alone? Or with only a small team? awesome!

EK is by far quite the epic rpg.

Yes it is not triple A graphics but keep this in mind; It took THREE YEARS for Square Enix to make Final Fantasy 7.

Or how about Dragon Warriors 3?

That took a year to develop. and they had an entire studio.

Get out of it here brah.

what a way to troll. I'm amazed at how much David has gotten done and I think he has done a great job. Also some games (a mmo and a few others) I have played in the past were in beta for 6-8 years so two years ( or 14 months) is nothing for one man to get this much done.

What a stupid post. For sure that guy doesn't know what it takes to develop such a long and fun game.

It's not just drop code. Did you take time to follow the story? to explore the areas? this game has a lot of content and a lot effort on it; from planning, creating a story and characters (even some of them very hilarious), to develop (which is hard as hell).

It is really hard to find another game in playstore that can involve you so much in the story and that makes you want to have some break to play it, even a single quest.

My opinion is, that this guy never created anything. I translate this game to the Czech and I wonder how many conversational options and things are possible (which I haven't use during the playing). It is sometimes hard to produce some original sentences, which doesn't look like produced by machine. I admire developer for the Ideas and Realistic story, because create such things is much harder than my task :)

Wow that was probably one of the most rude, self-entitled postings i've ever read. There is a lot of work going into making a game like this, especially when there are only a handful of people have their hands in the development. I am honestly in awe of what David has been able to accomplish. Keep up the good work.
