Weapons and armor

I’m new and just got the game. I was wondering how many weapons and armor are there in the game? I’m huge on loot Grindy type games so I just really wanna know

Welcome to the game and forum! As they said, there's a lot. You probably will not be able to hoard everything you find within the limited storage space you get though, so sell what you can't use or won't need for cash. With time you'll unlock more space but still might not manage to keep everything. Anyway, this is good for replayability, you'll use different gear with a different class/build
