I've defeated minotaurs 5 mins ago, and still thinking about the warrior's guild.Shall i join or just wait?

You should tell a bit more about your character...

If your character is a warrior, then join right away . There's no good reason for not doing so

Unless you want flurry from the seventh house, for a warrior the warriors guild is the best

Flurry is great, but you can get Flurry without joining the Seventh House. Go for Warrior's.

warrior (definitely YES)
Cleric (maybe, if you don't like supporter build)
Rogue (better not)

So I have the same question, except my concern is te part about having to uphold the laws of all the kingdoms. This includes Mercia. Won’t this be a problem?

Not really. There isn't much in the game that gives you negative rep with the warriors guild. As long as you don't have a hostile reputation in Mercia, Varsilia, Ilmara or Thuram you're fine. Note that Friguld does not count. You can be hostile there with no repercussions to your status with the warriors guild.
