Warrior "Advanced Skill"

Howdy ya'll, and great job on building/maintaining this site, truly! Lotta hours (past, present and future) spent here, I'm sure!

My query: I have a level-11 Warrior, and I am wanting to enable another Advanced Skill, but I'm not sure if one of my current skills will cancel it out. I want to enable " AS "DUEL" to my abilities, but I am concerned that the "CLEAVE" spell will negate it because the "DUEL" description says that the incremental damages increase will stop when you hit another target, and the "CLEAVE" spell enables you to hit multiple targets. Any ideas or experience with this one? Many thanks ya'll!

Cleave secondary targets shouldn't affect Duel skill. At least it's not supposed to, and never had a report about it.

Cleave will not cancel out Duel. Duel will trigger only on your primary target, whilst Cleave damages anyone within range of the primary. Idk if Duel affects cleave damage, though, but I am inclined to believe that it doesn't (because of the nature and description of the skill).

The Duel stack persists even though you temporarily stopped attacking the target. Say you and your target got "separated" via knockback (via Whirlwind either from you or Gris, or an enemy bashing you away from your primary target), once you resume attacking that same enemy, the Duel stacking will continue.

I very much appreciate ya'll's time, and replies. I am really enjoying the heck outta this game, first as a Thief, now as a Warrior. Can't wait for more adventures to open for my toon, as he is VERY excited to mow down different quests! Take care, and keep up the great work!

I dont think so. Duel is separate damage
