This game is offline, all the data is in your device and we can't do anything "remotely" on your game.
However, the missing Sullidar when you don't talk to him the first time has affected a few other players, so I will provide a fix in next update; he'll automatically go back to the guild in FT by himself. I can't provide an estimate of when that will be.
