Villager misplaced as Orc

I was killing orcs south of kingsbridge by the old fort and there was an orc grunt that i could not target with my bow, arrows kept going north, i was north of orc. I went to the south of the orc and began firing. When i killed him a large message over it in bold caps and all red said ORC GRUNT. But i received a -25 reputation to both varsillia and kingsbridge. When i looked at my battle log it says that i killed a villager. I can send screen shots if it will help with location and log text, let me know...

that is weird, for sure!

there was anything unusual prior to this event?

This bug happened again, this time by lannegar mine with a goblin. I recognized the nug and saved then tested, it had the same result...
I have sent you the .bak file with the saved game before the bug is tripped so you can see it David.

Ran into rhis again in trollfens.
Did you need another backup copy, or are you set
David?

I think I have it sorted out and fixed, but just in case, email it and I'll have a look.
