Veteran Pilgrim achievements - how to get?

I got the pilgrim achievement just by playing the game. Visiting all the cities/towns and talking to the priest/priestess to get the various quests.

But it seems like I cannot get the Veteran Pilgrim achievement, is there an altar or shrine that I am missing?

I have been to the following places
- Lannegar
- New Garand (temple and shrine)
- Rhoneis
- Kingsbridge
- New Arthur
- Great Inori
- Nivarian (shrine and hall of wisdom)
- Fogas

I did not keep track of the conversations that I have had and where I gained XP from. But is there something that I am doing wrong or missing?

I also visited all Towns and shrines but didn't get the achievement as one is still missing (9 visited shrines needed) so I think it will be available with new Updates and Towns as there are also achievements which are impossible to get at the moment (i.e. the one for the wizard's guild)
