Vannari Hunter Location

Ok, so I don't yet have the full version, but I really am desperate to know if there is a pattern to the Vannari Hunters' (Is that spelled correctly?) movements and where they reside.

There isn't a pattern. They are randomly spawned on the road. Running from Kingsbridge toward New Garard on the road should run you past at least 3 major spawn points.

also there is a varannari camp in south sagar forest that has a quest at starting level.
