His the guy that went crazy in New Garand... if you finished the quest then either you he pushed you in the barrier but I certainly killed him

If that guy goes on a training spree and gets any stronger, he'll give me nightmares. Hardest fight yet, even the dragons weren't that rough. Crazy is dangerous, my wife is proof of that.
