Unable to upgrade traits

Hallo and my personal congrats to the game creators.
I have an issue: i can't upgrade some of my traits (Str, End Agi) because the + button isn't ready.
There is a n. 2 trait points cap depending on the level?
My traits are:
Str 2
End 2
Agi 2
Int 1
Awa 1
Per 1
I'm a 6 level rogue, and i have now 2 available points ready to be assigned...

I've been meaning to mention that you should differentiate between a trait point and a trait score.
