Transfering Bak file from android to pc

After reading on forum I transferred the bak file from Android to PC and it worked but I had 3 profiles on android app but on Pc, I can restore only 2. I have 1 warrior, cleric, and mage. unable to restore the mage profile. I tried backing up and again doing the same on pc but it still shows 2 profiles. what to do??

I'm not sure what is going on, as I always had successfully transferred file, and all character were there. Try to change extension of bak to zip and see if you have all three characters in it.
