Right now it's a joke at high level. I'm raising reputation to get later quests and getting to kill puny Orc as town quest. While getting his location I'm killing rumor Red Dragon as less important side job.
Townhall quests are a mixed bag though. I've taken some that I was surprised at how difficult they were... and a few I even failed because they were to difficult and I decided they weren't worth that kind of effort.
