Yes i have seen the Jan 30th post of consistent town hall quest errors. This is happening for the quest witch/hag to the south west in Iross Highlands from both FOGAS and NIVARIAN halls now. Tried both town twice now to no avail. There is only Varannari hunters everytime.
All shards completed, the only thing I haven't completed is the Greater Demon and the remaining quests.
Anyone experience this ?
