TOWN HALL QUEST ALL GREYED OUT

I Can't do any town hall quests in any town now Iv completed over 100 in last 4 days but the last 24hrs real time there all greyed and not refreshing any help or guidance whether this is supposed to happen or not would be greatly appreciated

Town hall quests are not infinite:

I don't want reputation to be an infinite resource once certain future game elements give the option to lower certain factions.

Hmmm that leaves me to only do the best dungeon for xp gain over and over and to close gap for leaderboards. Didn't mind when I was travelling across all the lands doing Town hall quests but this kinda sucks :-(

Mate, you know you can have more than one character, and there are enough different ways to play that it can be fun to run a second character, right? :D I'm trying out a warrior build where I'm not a wanted criminal by the mages - being able to travel by teleportation is way cool, hoping poor Karkas can pay off his bad reputation sometime soon :)

Il play baldurs gate for a few months and return when mage and New areas are released good luck to all see you soon :)

That's the right approach. I want to make the game very large, so you can invest a long time into it if you wish, but much like the classic RPGs (and BG is a great example) EK isn't a randomly generated infinite game. Town Hall Quests and other incoming randomly-generated content will complement a game that is, in essence, hand-crafted, and therefore finite. Some players might want to play it for years, especially when all the random stuff is complete, but past 70-80 hours, I won't feel my it's my responsibility if all that is left is grinding and chasing for a few random events here and there.
