I'm having trouble with this quest,
Need some advice please

I couldn't find the ghost, but I came across him last
Night doing town hall quests.

Sooo where exactly is that guy? I went around the whole south Jabal hills for a few nights with the quest active and still nothing. Is it possible that he got killed by spiders or what?

The ghost spawns near the middle of the east-west mountain corridor that's north of the southernmost Varannari camp (it's the one just south of the path to Jabal Grotto).
