Hi I have a problem with this mission. I might have accidentally sold the Holy Symbol so I can't talk with Brother Frere about it. Is it called Brother London's Hoky Symbol in the game or does it have another name cause maybe I stored it somewhere if it is a ring or a weapon.

I think it has that longer tittle. It's found on the body inside the fire area so it would be notable when you pick it up. If you saw it and didn't pick it up, a warning should have appeared on screen about leaving an important item.
Most common place an item is at when it's "lost" are:
1) The chests inside the Tower. Check the one by the bed, and the one in the lab (where you make the bag of holding).
2) On a Companion that's not currently in your party.
Most people remember to check their back pack, their bag of holding, their magic Town Hall vaults and chests inside houses (both houses if you bought both).
If you sold it, it's lost forever, I think.
