The game is still in development?

Well first of all I don't speak English so I use the Google translator and they probably don't understand me but well basically my question is is the game still developing? Or is it already complete and if it is not complete, why did they stop developing it? And well in addition to that I wanted to ask if it would be possible to make the game online with local Link or a system similar to minecraft and realms in which there is a world that multiple players create and play online and you could invite others through some ID or so

The game is complete, but as You know there are still some parts of the map to be added.
And right now the developer hands are on Archaelund

The game is finished and completed. And there's no further development.

If (and that is if, not a statement that in future it will happen for sure) there would be some further development, this remains to be seen. But, that would be possible only after work on Archaelund (name of next game) allows some free time for that.
