Why is it that they take frost dammge and also deal frost dammge? How does that not heal them?

Why is it that they take frost dammge and also deal frost dammge? How does that not heal them?

Because, unlike Icylons and imps they are not of that element's environ,ent. In other words, they don't exist/thrive specifically in that environment and they are not creatures borne from those elements.
Therefore, the are not healed by that specific element, unlike the Icylon which is basically an ice demon.

Basically icyclons, imps, deamons dragons are their respective elements made flesh.

Frost wolves are just a special breed of wolf that thrives in the cold and even can breath frost... But it isn't made of ice.

At the end of the day a frost wolf is still a wolf. Not living snow and ice in the form of a wolf.
