I've been asked to post a write-up on agility clerics.

What if I was to tell you that what you thought was powerful is indeed weak and what you thought was weak was indeed powerful?

If you'd be intrigued, read on...

This is the build I've switched to once advanced skills came out. In my humble opinion, this build is superior to all of the others I've tried, and I've tested as many as I could come up with on the Cleric.

Maces are out and Daggers are in.

The dagger is a base 7% crit range. With Precision 3 the crit rate jumps to 18% With Massive Criticals 3, one shotting enemies becomes a way to kill quickly.

High AC is nice 26 or 30/36 with shield spell/potion and the shield now makes the cleric the most effective tank. Damage absorption plus the Heal skill is unsurpassed in difficult encounters, especially boss fights.

Skills at level 20 are....

Heal 3
Sacred Fire 3
Nivaria's Barrier 3
Holy Shield 1
Crusader 2
Extra Recovery 2
Precision 3
Massive Criticals 3

I just heal myself and let Griss stay raged. All gear is static except dragon fights, I'll switch one ring out for greater fire or ice resist.

I would hope almost everything is a breeze at Level 20. At what level did you implement this build? How would you modify for a Level 10 Cleric?

Interested in the build.

I think I'd stay strength until level 13 or 14, the massive crit insta kill only works on mobs 2 levels under you that aren't bosses or mini-bosses.

Yes, everything is rather .... well, I walk in and just gather up the entire Trollfens dungeon and can survive it. Kinda underwhelming nowadays.

I don't recommend leveling up past 14-15 at this point, unless you really love grinding, that is ;)

Yes, just a couple pieces chest and gloves that I've found so far. But that was the previous update. This one didn't give clerics much, just a mace and a shield.

But the quests are actually really awesome. I especially liked the troll quest, for obvious reasons, except ... the troll goes back into gurrrr mode after completion. That's sad, and of course he still leaves the option to kill the troll open.

I have much more work to do on the ambassador front it seems.

On my wicked rogue, I dropped the doll right in front of him and then slaughtered him...
