I know this is unusual but i just lost all my phone data due to a known technical problem on Moto G 3rd Gen (check: https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/MOTO-G-3rd ... -p/3255406)
After a couple hours looking for a solution I gave up and did reset my phone to factory default settings, erasing all data. All i could keep was photo/video thanks to Google.
Of course i also lost my Exiled Kingdoms character.
To prevent similar events, could we have some sort of on-line/cloud backup? I know that Google Drive stored lots of info about my phone and apps. Maybe we could have an in-game button to easily upload the backupfile to Google Drive - or even a button to send the save file to our personal e-mail?
It could save thousands of EK heroes...!
