Stopping Prejudice wizard guy.

Just noticed the wizard who gives this quest keeps acting like the quest isn't complete upon first activating dialogue options with him. He does say there are no quests available at this time when prompted, and journal confirms it's complete. No harm or conflicts. Just odd.
