Speculation of the Eye of Tor *possible spoliers*

I get the feeling that the Eye of Tor is actually the gate that the Forsaken want. And that your grandfather is the leader of the Forsaken. As I collected more and more shards the description of the mirror gets darker. I don't remember what they all said but I remember feeling uneasy. I don't actually remember what happened to the grandfather but the fact that he survived the empire's fall when he was the greatest mage and the fact that he only died recently is weird. You would have thought the beasts that ruined the empire would have killed him too. I don't know why they would want you or your sister if your grandfather is alive. Maybe his blood was corrupted some how and they need some from a pure source. Maybe it is like Pirates of the Caribbean and he became a lich before they knew they needed his blood. I just get an odd feeling as I build the mirror. Like I am doing something wrong or evil. Another note is the shards are called black shards. Black is usually associated with evil. If they weren't tainted or evil you think they would be called mirror shards and look like a shard of a mirror.

EDIT: Maybe the forsaken didn't actually take your sister. Either she escaped or the good version of the forsaken rescued her.

Several plot speculations based on the game so far
1) both the forsaken and tremadan were not human.
2) the forsaken did not use magic-blocking runes in Amarisa cell and she was a mage, but they used them in your cell even if you are a warrior
3) the undermother did not want to tell you something
4) Sir duremas the crazy cleric did not lose his power although he renegaded the cult of the Three
5) something in icemist was not right

Plus: There are some very creepy areas at the bottom of the map

Plus: my tomtom navigation is telling there is a blocked stairway down in lannegar mine.... ( still unused ) its epic to finish were we all started...... but following a lava stream it must be a mountain area.... but he the lannegar mine keeps tracking my attentions.... there must be a teleport device that will teleport you to ashen waste area's and straight to hell....... ( its almost stargate haha )

And the stairs is old and ancients.......... ( trolls were in the cave there not human to btw ) and if you can remember there were devil laywers here to ( 5 of them so theres a clue )

Yes theres one to however you don't see hell or fire bounded creatures and in the mine you didt fight them already so you have hell related connections.

My instinct has been telling me for awhile that the endgame will occur in (or at least strongly involve) Mount Storme. I think the baron of said castle is in league with the Forsaken. This is pure speculation based on two things. First, nothing good is ever said about that family. Second, the hair on my arms stood on end the first time I saw the name "Mount Storme" appear upon entering that area.

Feels like sacreds ending... all we need at the end is it to have a storm or be snowing there and full of monsters while the villagers are dead
