Sparklings make GREAT shields vs. Steel Wizards .... (and a question about keycards)

Level 21 Mage, Earth Mastery III, Summoner II (mage armor max, some lightning, etc.)

1. As a Mage with (effectively) unlimited Iron Golems (L17) and Sparklings, I find the Steel Spiders not so bad (very vulnerable to Lightning Bolt and Staff of Storms), and the Steel Wizards downright easy (Sparklings are IMMUNE to their damage, just like vs. other sparklings, so much fun to watch). For a good laugh, just summon a Sparkling in front of a Steel Wizard, then enjoy picnic, read a book, etc. Hilarious.

2. The Quest walkthrough on the Wiki said to gett the Blue card first, then go West. OK, no prob, found everything as listed, except the terminal at that location wants 3 cards, not 1. I can open the barrier that only needs Blue and Red cards, but I'm kinda stuck here. Decided to investigate the medical bay for now, since I can't get through the barrier to the Western corridor. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

1) Sparkings are useful throughout the game, just for different reasons at different times :)

2) Read over the Wiki and all seems in order there. Did you find the secret door that leads to the Red key? South part of the far west hallway? Check out the map for the missing spot.

Grab that Red key, and than with your Blue key you can open the other barrier.

Note: There are hints inside the Ark about the keycard orders but the Wiki has them listed as a spoiler.

Thanks for the prompt reply!!

Yup, I read the walkthrough, found the secret door, have 2 cards (as I mentioned in orig. post), so I can open one barrier, just not the one the walkthrough said I should... that one seems to want 3 keycards, not one, so I seem to either be misreading the directions, in the wrong place, etc.

I can use Blue and Red to access the Medical Bay, but I can't find the terminal that ONLY wants Blue card. The only other terminal I can access wants 3 cards (tried a couple of times with just Blue and Red).

Thanks!

There are something more interesting
ice and Fire elemental can be really useful in soh
