There is indeed. I dont know whether it was from a Shady traveller or a Travelling armourer but I definitly saw one sold on one of the random encounter merchants east of Kingsbridge.

Don't quote me, but I want to say they can be found in the large chests in the Crimson Hills.

I have not spam run that area yet to update the wiki... I will get there... but we have new content to test and start pages for as well as updates to a bunch of stuff already present coming up... I will try to get to it soon.

Icy sword is great. I also saw one on a shady dealer from kings to new garand.
