Skeleton of Lord Migyar spawned twice in same dungeon (town hall)

Town hall quest from I think Rhoneis to destroy the skeleton of Lord Migyar... Supposed to be in the tomb in Lannegar Valley, went and found him where rumors said he'd be, proceeded to clean out the rest of the tomb and he showed up in another room!

Were the guardians where the quest was at or where it was supposed to be at ?(the special enemies that appear around Town Quest quest items, etc).

Guardians in both spots, one spot to the northwest, the other to the southeast. Game said journal was updated each time I killed it.
