At the poisonous room, I activated the three levers, but it didn't remove the gate to give access to the 2nd level. Am I missing something?

There is another two levers you must activate which have the same symbol. They are not in the poison area.

Its better to clear the levers in the devourer area first using the teleporter and then work ur way back into the demilich area. I think that's the fastest way to clear it. Regardless, u will still backtrack on some areas at least once. Lemme know if I'm wrong. Cheers man :mrgreen:

I thought I got all the levers, except I can't get to the one near the stairs down with the dead guy near... I did all the levers in the poison room, the ones in the devourer area including in the secret room... What am I missing? Is it like the Sunken Citadel where you need some turned on and others off?

Hmm, that's weird. I'm sure there were 7 levers that I activated. After activating the last 3 levers in the poison room, the gate in the middle of that room should be gone and u should be able to use the teleporter that will take u to the dead guy near the stairs. Beside the dead guy should be the 8th lever which connects it to the demilich area which allows u to go back. Lemme check again
