Am I the only person who has trouble with the file size when posting a screen shot on this forum? And if not does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Only way I can is to crop it.

As mentioned in thread linked in previous post, you always can use some image hosting services not related to EK forum. This is not restricted to Imgur, there are numerous image hosting services.
