I suddenly wondered if such a turn of events was possible that we could activate the sending of the capsule into space and then enter the gate? It turns out that the Muud'ari would go to their world and the wormhole would be destroyed, because of which the horrors could not come.

That is an option not covered in the game. Maybe if there was a trait check (Intellect 8?) to unlock that type of option.

Not sure how realistical it would be to try to get people to enter a gate while being accelerated into the air? Maybe need a trait check to see if you are strong and quick enough to get into the gate before it explodes.

Also, the Horrors might survive the explosion and fall to the ground. Might.
