Saint Ladia Remains reward unawarded

When I went back to the Town Hall to return Saint Ladia's remains, I never got the reward, probably because my backpack was full. Reward is not deposited AFTER package is delivered?

When I went back to the Town Hall to return Saint Ladia's remains, I never got the reward, probably because my backpack was full. Reward is not deposited AFTER package is delivered?

If your backpack is full it gets dropped to the ground, and you see a red line warning about this on your log.

I think there is a glitch if it rewards a restoration potion i remember that i also didnt get my potion on finishing a townhall quest in nivoria and it didnt drop on floor "luckily saved before turning my quest and emptied my backpack to claim the potion
