rumour bosses not dropping anything?

Hello - I have killed a couple of rumour bosses (Hill Giant and Elder Troll) , but neither dropped anything. Is that normal?

Yes thats normal since its only a x% of getting a item in the first place.... then after that its depending on luck what you will get so reply after 10 more rumor bosses this time

On the lower rumor bosses typ its normaal... on the higher one you have a standard drop and you need more luck on the wanted items but the chance if getting items is with higher bosses higher.

For clarity, the "Combative" encounters such as the Orc Warband, Troll Group and Rampaging Hill Giant are different from the harder difficulty and "true" Rumor Bosses. There is a Hill Giant and a Troll in the later group, but they are harder and have better drops than their lower tier counter parts. Some players get the groups confused.
