Rumor Location Change

Twice I've had a small issue where I have left to follow a rumor and run out of play time so I do a Save & Exit only to find that when I come back to the game, the location has changed.

Normally I'd blame myself but I started watching for it and it just happened again. Wish I had a screen shot.

Huh... rumor locations tend not to change. I wonder if this isn't about the rumor changing so much as one of the examples of an inaccurate rumor? If it happens again, not what Rumor Boss you're hunting, where the rumor says the boss is at and where the boss was found. Trying to track down all the odd rumors out there.
