Rogue Dagger (arc)

My only concern is that the dagger in the arc is not 13/7 and Im looking forward for a dagger exclusive for rogue only in the ark (Since Im more into assasination). Is it possible to have a dagger for rogue in the arc? Would it be too OP?

Let's hope we'll get something good in Thuram , few areas in there are supposed to be harder than the ark , so the chances are good.

I'd hedge my bets that sooner or later, a next tier rogue only dagger will be added, that or a next tier dagger that also lets agility warriors get an edge.
