Restoring old data

I haven't played exiled Kingdoms in quite a while I just
re-downloaded it and it shows me still having a active full license and I was hoping to restore my old files from the cloud but I'm getting an error code 9?

Hello, assuming you are on android have you updated the game to 1.2.1121? Do you have the latest Google Play Games app update? Is it possible that you had more than one Google Play Games account?
