Reset skills/traits issue.

I decided to reset my skills and traits for the first time and it only rat my skills. Was at seventh house in Garand before I accepted the oath.

There is an option to reset skills, and another to reset traits. Each is done separately. You did both?

Try to reload from your autosave and check carefully the options given, that code has been in place for many months without issues.
