I have noticed that in town halls for example Jabal says am an 8 but on my reputation page it says only 1 and Mercia is 15 ? Some of my other town halls and reputations are different aswell ?

I think David said, the TH reputation is the average of City and Kingdom reputation.

Fits for you 15+1 / 2 = 8
