I'm in Lanngar Valley; where do I go to find the red flower?

I find them quite often when traveling through Southern Bluemist River. Just head south from Lannegar and search the area between Kingsbridge and New Garand.

Pretty sure they only appear next to the river on the Kingsbridge map, but not on Southern Bluemist River. Wiki says there is also one on the very top of the New Garand Farmlands map but haven't seen one there myself.

You're right for some reason I keeping thinking of those two areas as the same area.
