What is the recomended lvl to do the thieves guild quest?

I've done them at lvl 11 with moderate challenge. If you're prepared enough, it shouldn't be tough. Save beforehand and see how you do.

What is the recomended lvl to do the thieves guild quest?

Are you referring to Smugglers in the Night?

If you have lvl 2 personality, the quest only requires you to do some running and talking.

If not, the fight can be rough before lvl 9-10. I recommend Gris or Hirge join you, as Adaon usually gets swarmed and drops quick. All else fails, just focus on killing Rodo as he is the only one that counts.

Once you have the quest from Kardigas, he will appear

on the eastern side of the Northern Inori by the tiny wharf. He and his gamg will only show during the night (10p-4a).
