I found doing knight encounter which ends up giving +4 rep to versalia in nivaria kinda contradicting and dumb... so i came up with following ideas...

Area Limiting
What about limiting some of encounter types to specific areas such as vigilant knight to versali so u can't fight him in zones which ain't under versalia's jurisdiction.

Old Fart Encounter
can only be encountered in:nivaria
U encounter the old man which asks for donations to support his living, since he is poor... if u do not give him any gold u lose -1 rep with nivaria. if u give him 50 gold u get +1 rep with nivaria. for 200 gold u get +2 rep, for 400 gold u get +3 rep and for 1000 gold u get 4 rep.

Captive on the lose Encounter
can only be encountered in:mercia
should be able to reach lvl 19. min lvl should be lvl 10.
U encounter the robber which found a way out of the prison in which he was staying, ofc illegally. if u let him go u lose -2 rep with mercia, if u fight with him and kill him u get +1 rep with mercia. if u fight with him and capture him alive u get +4 rep with mercia.

Vigilant Knight Encounter
can only be encountered in:versalia
should be able to reach lvl 19.
it would be nc if killing him would give -1 rep to versalia.

I agree that the vigilant knight encounter in nivaria doesn't make sense... Either he should grant experience for the region he is encountered or better yet something similar to what you propose is implemented.

For me it always was like: he is an adventurer that searches for dangerous action, even in other regions than his own. But I see what u got there.

A word about u sparing him should reach region in which u spared him... not a region which is on the other side of the world as sounkeng said. Also, he ain't adventurer who search for dangerous action... if u ever read what he says u would know he is a knight who wanna recover his pride and honor by challenging all bypassers.
